Dodge challenger srt8 2008 supercharged, Money to account if help to find solution.

Hello Guys. I hope I can get help in here.
Mods: 20mm smaller SMS supercharger pulley(0.8 bar or 11.5 PSI)
New walbro 450 lph fuel pump
    New forged pistons, connecting rods
    Engine completely rebuilt.
    No catalytic converters.

Story is that, everything is almost finished with mapping on hptuners, BUT now we have issue, doing dyno on 3rd gear, pressing pedal to the bottom and when it reaches about 600NM in 3 - 3.5 k range, it starts limiting the power, its clearly visible on dyno results, sound like fuel is being cut off. We tried almost all setting in trans and engine about torque limiter, looks like nothing is working. Ofcourse I can bypass that rpm issue on that range, but not pressing pedal fully, so logically something is limited for some reason. any ideas ?

Did you find a solution to this?

We had an issue on a 2007 Charger where the rev limit starting cutting in on us exactly at that rpm, as though the car was in N or P. Ended up being bad position sensor / switch iirc - Drove us nuts.

Not sure if that helps but I thought of it when reading your post.

Have you raised 45589 and 45590 in engine diagnostic general. Had a similar issue in a 2010 Challenger
