Are you getting a specific error message?

I looked up your account and everything appears good on our end.

Yet another customer that isn't able to sync new credits to the new MPVI2. Guys, I think it's time to upgrade your developers, breaking fundamental stuff is unacceptable.

What is your ticket number with support Jason?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

This is the third time with the new v2 interface, trying to resync and nothing for HOURS, customer getting pissed after a couple hours of waiting, had to cancel the rest of the days appts (revenue lost). Wont open a ticket, because we all know a response from support takes up to 48 hours these days - pretty clear that there are a lot of problems with this new hardware/software. Its apparently effecting lots of tuners and businesses on this thread and is unacceptable. This needs to be fixed immediately. I haven't spent over 70 grand USD with you guys over the years to have this horseshat. Get it together.

This has been a difficult issue to track down.

We just made a change that may have solved this.

    Sorry for the troubles.
