    nothing like starting to tune a car at 11 pm
    Nissan Y62 Definition is missing a heap of tables 10-15 Spark tables just to name a few

    Ok,
    Will do,
    I can make all the spark tables 10deg and during dyno run see 18deg and the timing doesn't correlate with current tables.

    Please make sure to email support your vcm suite infolog and debug.dat file if you are running into an issue.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    When am I able to access the credits I have purchased? MPVI2 resynched countless times still shows 0 credits? support ticket #138205 Thanks

    Pretty frustrated. Have dyno time scheduled today. Can't access credits I paid for this morning. tried 3 different computers, all with 10-20 "resync completed" syncs, one did a firmware update. created a ticket 138997. order number for purchase was 23941.

    It seems like your purchase server is not communicating with your update server. You should really have weekend tech support like SCT, considering these tools are mostly used by weekend warriors.

    tried syncing 50 times still cant transfer my purchased license's. 139575 ticket number

    I'm confused, in that ticket you said you licensed a sample file, doesn't say a thing about you having resync issues.

    Yes it licensed a sample vehicle and when I purchased more credits I was unable to get the credits applied to my tuner. After an hour of trying it went through. It seemed like sync was not connecting to your site because when it did go through it showed what it was doing as the bar graph as it went green.
    I still need to see if something can be done about that ticket.

    I tested this functionality and process yesterday before shipping a MPVI2 out for a customer.
    I pulled a unit from my inventory, which this one was from the initial release batch.
    My PC is nothing special, Windows 10 home edition, with default firewall and security settings.
    Updated the VCM BETA 4.1 software to the latest published release.
    Added the serial number of the unit to my devices on my customer page.
    Plugged in the MPVI2 to the PC via supplied USB.
    Allowed the firmware to update.
    Retrieved the MPVI2 Verification ID number and entered that on to the appropriate box on my customer page device.
    Purchased 4 credits for that device.
    Synced the device to the PC. The 4 credits showed up nearly instantly. Verified by plugging into OBD2 port and taking an infolog. 4 credits available.

    I then took it a step further to test the Bluetooth function.
    Made sure Bluetooth was turned on the PC, scanned for BT devices, nothing new was on the list as expected.
    Held down the BT button for a few seconds until the BT light started flashing as it entered pairing mode.
    "Unknown Device" showed up on the Bluetooth device list.
    Selected Pair device.
    It changed the name to HP Tuners MPVI2, and successfully paired.
    Opened the scanner, selected connect to vehicle.
    The device connected to the vehicle and I was able to start the logging via Bluetooth. Quite a bit slower then the wired connection, but that is expected as well.

    Overall, a very easy process for all of it, and took a couple of minutes total, including updating the software and firmware.
    I've sold and shipped quite a few of the MPVI2 devices for customers all over the world. None of them have reported any issues with the process.
