Tire size cannot be change with editor. You have to use special functions in scanner and change rev/mile. You will get a wrench light so you will have to use forscan to reset bcm and tcm. At least that?s how I did it, there might be an easier way now.

I've always used VCM Editor to adjust the speedometer by tweaking the tire circumference or whatever is in the speedometer that represents rev/mile or circumference. What I do is run a GPS on a flat level part of the road and compare that at a set speed. I check the percentage delta and adjust the setting in VCM Editor by that percentage. After 1 or 2 tries, it will be spot on. I experimented with a 10 Hz GPS (Garmin GLO) and my phone's GPS (1 Hz) and got the same results.
