What is best avenue for registered users to get support help?

Tried this forum but it appears dead. Is the best way to contact HP tuners via email or is the a ticket system?

Any forum is alive or dead based on the voluntary contributions made by its members. The developers at RaceRender (Weston) can't do all the heavy lifting in answering questions- they are busy programming. We all have to help each other.
