Just to keep the heat on, same thing has happened to me. Purchased credits on-line, resynch MVPI2 (about 40 times).....no credits shown. Did everything under the sun, restart HPT, unplug...plug back in, rebooted computer, switched from standard to Beta, ................tried everything I could find that others said worked. Nothing worked. Walked away for about an hour, tried resynching again and this time it showed that it was loading my credits. Hope this gets worked out. I can't afford to have to wait an hour for credits to show up if I've got customers waiting or a car strapped to the dyno.
