2015 Hellcat new trans now WOT shift late over reving

I am tuning a 2015 Hellcat that performed fine before I got a new trans for it. The vehicle got a new Southern Hot Rod Trans with a brand new valvebody/TCM that had to be reflashed at the dodge dealer. They reflashed every module on the car with the newest updates. Now I am having wot shifting problems and HP Tuners swears it is a tuning problem on my end. revs and does not upshift. In the datalog you can see the request to shift but the car over revs and does not shift till you let up on the throttle. I have only recorded the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts so far.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
