nissan y62 no hard rev

hey guys im new here i wanna know how to tune my nissan y62 cutoff i adjust the cutoff: ( fuel > cutoff > rpm limit ) to 6200rpm then i adjust the hard limiter ( fuel > general > hard limiters ) rpm fuel cut 6200rpm , rpm fuel restore 6150rpm but nothing changed would you help guys <3

Need to increase the throttle cutoff above this point
Also, move the fuel cut to 5850 and fuel restore to 5800
