2014 Ford Raptor Roush SC stall issue

    hello
A couple of years ago we bought this kit Roush part number 421432, and installed into brand new truck with less than 1.000 km on the clock
the Raptor now has 35.000 km .
    VIN is EFB65410

It has also long tube headers by KOOKS
    Customer complaint is engine stall.
    At warm engine, on turnabout
It happens very rarely, let's say once every 2 months, But it's very dangerous.
    No DTC on the system
Throttle body was just a little dirt, and concern can't be duplicated.
someone has already faced this kind of issue and has some experience to share?
    thank you so much
    best regards

Your torque tables at idle need to be adjusted, along with driver demand at idle.

This is super common on the 6.2 raptors with longtubes. It's a fueling feedback issue. You need to adjust the proportional and integral gain tables most likely to stop the overshoot fuel correction which is most likely causing the stall
