VCM Scanner not reading cylinder air mass - help

Trying to dial in my 2017 CTSV. Just got finished installing rotofab 4.5' intake, Frankenstein Heads, SW Headers catless to full exhaust, IW balancer and 10.1 lower(i think), CF drive shaft, Jokerz ported blower with port matched snout and NW 102 TB. Added dual nozzle meth along with WX heat exchangers ice box...etc. leaving the fuel system alone for now and going to pull power out of the car until someone comes up with a solid option for fueling. I'm having a few issues. VCM scanner not picking up cylinder air mass. i tried using MAF and engine speed in both SAE and Sensor. also tried using the IAT/Inj/...etc method. still not picking it up. any ideas? Here are the channels i have currently. JB V3 Channels.Channels.xml
