So my cable finally took a crap and now hptuners won't repair it because they won't deal with the first version anymore. So I buy the mpvi2 and can't use my credits I have left or have access to any of my customers previously unless I buy the credits again? How the heck is this right?
We haven't done repairs on MPVI1's in 4+ years. With that said what is your ticket number I can take a look.
