change the etc scaler to 4950 for the ls4 throttle body
those offsets are from SJSchafer for 60's - i use these from the injector spreadsheet - Attachment 86062 (omega and 04redline) - i use those and they have worked well for me - i don't use the short pulse adders btw
rpm limit is pretty high if you don't have valve springs imo - unless you have it set to that just so you don't hit the limiter
20* idle spark? seems excessive to me but ive haven't tuned a e-85 car so maybe you need it that high but also if you have too much ign timing that could cause issues also - factory is set at 10*
