Injector Pulsewidth Limiter

Can anyone explain to me the Injector Pulsewidth limiter? Do I need to have the main pulse limiter enabled if I have the table set up how I like it? What are the different options for the main pulse limiter type? The dropdown has max, med, and min. Which way do I interpret this? Does it mean max limiting, or does it mean max fuel?

I?m not sure how it affects the pulse width but I haven?t noticed any difference between any of its selectable options.
