How do i add HP PID without delivered engine torque channel ?

I got a 2000 s-10. Trying to figure out how to add the HP pid but when adding the channels needed only one pops up on my channels engine rpm but no delivered engine torque. When i try and do the step by step it stays red on delivered engine torque ID cause its not added to my channel. Is it for all cars or only newer ones have it?

I guess its for specific cars or 01 and newer, cause i tried on a couple newer cars, 04 suburban, and 17 mustang and they both had the delivered engine torque channel and had the HP calculations right or close enough on the PID.

Only thing I can add and it is weak... I was studying adding channels to my graphs the other day and I saw the statement " If it comes up as available to add to the channel then you can and if, not it cannot. I said it was weak on help but I took it to be the answer here in general.
