Hi my 2001 buick regal gs with a cartuning turbo kit, built trans with 3.29 gears is having a problem where the speedo will start bouncing and jumping all around and then the car will start misfiring escpecially under load. The all off a sudden it will drive fine until the speedo acts up again.
Sounds like the Transmission input or output speed sensor.
figured it out. Was a wire going into the pcm that got melted by the turbo placement in the engine bay. Fixed wiring and heat tapped the wires to the pcm. Not problems now.Originally Posted by ZeroBoostBuick
