    Are credits an instantaneous purchase?

    So my local shop's been really draggin ass getting anything done. Waited 6 weeks for the MPVI2 because HPTuners was "waiting on packaging". Let it go. Was told last Monday I'd see it either last Friday or yesterday (Monday), apparently it was now taking extra time to ship because it was being packaged with the credits I purchased along with the unit. Pick it up yesterday, mess around with it...no credits on my unit. Bugged them all day today...nothing. About to just buy some online and deal with refunds later. Thoughts?

    Your best bet would be to contact support in this case rather than dealing with the headaches of trying to get a refund later down the line or doing a chargeback and risking having your interface shut down completely.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    what is your ticket number?
