    TPS Sensor Fluctuation

    Never noticed until now, but on my Scanner, my TPS drops down to 0 every second or two. Doesn't matter if I'm driving, WOT, even when its on zero at idle, I can see the small bar fluctuating ever so slightly. I HAVE swapped my TPS with a known good one (from my other DD silverado), and does the same thing. I've never paid attention to my TPS till my 4l80e started slipping, or not wanting to shift to 2nd gear under any throttle % until 3k rpms. Would this be a ground issue, a PCM issue, or simply a tune issue?
