I had a customer come in with a 2016 R/T they stated that they sent in their computer to hp tuners for the unlock service. They later got a recall notice and took it in to the dealership for software update. How can I tell if the pcm is still unlocked or not? I will attach the file I pulled from the vehicle. thank you

When it was at the dealership did they replace the ecm? if not then it would still be unlocked.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

As long as they didn't change out the PCM it is still modded but it will have to be re-licensed since the software update will change the O/S.
sweet thank you. And no the computer wasn't replaced it was just reflashed. I'll go ahead and license it.
