Thread: Enter application key

    Enter application key

    I've had to do this several times. The software locks me out until I get a key. I try entering my key and it shows a red dash. I go to customer center and request a new key and it never gets emailed. Why does this keep happening? It's super frustrating.

    The red dash is the icon/button to remove the key on that line.

    I guess we'll change it to a trash can...

    Well I flubbed that one but I still haven't received the email. Is there a particular reason the key needs to be reentered so often?

    It shouldn't ever need to be re-entered

    What is it doing that makes you think it needs to be re-entered? "locking you out" doesn't really tell us what is going on
