So I am having a slightly different problem. I was able to sync. Then it took me to the pop up showing controller specific option. I clicked that. But when I try to open the only file I have and flash the vehicle it tells me "you do not have a license for this file". Several resyncs and running computer over wifi to maintain internet but no joy. What did I do wrong?

when the original pop up showed I had the option for 2 credits on vehicle specific below that in another box was the FSCM for one. I click the device ID for 2 credits. Waited. resynced, got successful.. then when I click to write vehicle I get no license for file.no lic.PNGno lic 2.PNG
Thanks Bill. I got some other tech support. It wasn't clear to me that even if I wasn't going to write to that module that I still needed to purchase a credit for that module to flash to the other modules. Once I bough another single credit and resync'd-- all is good. They also told me I could do another pull and skip that module's download.
