You've got the car in run not accessory and a internet connection?
Yes the car is in run, and yes connected to the internet.
Do you have a Smart Access cable or similar bypass method? You cannot read the vehicle without bypassing the SGW in some fashion.
If its not broke, just give it time.
Thanks Steven, Cables showed up today and read the ECU out without issue. Now to get the ECU off to have it unlocked.
Disregard - bug in software caused my discrepancy.
