    2.0 EcoBoost swap into a TVR 2500M

I'm in the process of swapping a 2.0 EcoBoost engine into a 1973 TVR 2500M.

My original intent was to use a Ford Performance crate engine control pack to run the motor, but that package was discontinued before I could get one. So I'm looking for options.

I currently have a 2.0 engine and harness from a 2014 Escape. If I buy a new or used PCM for a Focus ST could I use the HP Tuner to turn off all the modules I don't need? Like ABS, PATS, stability control, and all the "other stuff" that isn't needed in a classic British sports car.

Never done any tuning like this, so any advice you can give would be great.

    Thanks!
    Scott

    Anyone?

I've talked with some guys who've done this with LS swaps, but haven't yet gotten a confirmation for the EcoBoost engine.

Can one of the HP techs chime in here??

Hey z1jim, thanks for reaching out.

Ford Performance did manage to put together orphan kits for customers who were caught out by the cancellation. So I'm in good shape for now.

If you can, please post the read from the 2.0 controls pack ECU.
