    2006 cobalt ss id 1000 injector data iso

    I am in search of the injector data for my cobalt ss. I got some used ID1000s id like to use. Thank you.

    Injector Dynamics data is on their website so you never have to guess.
    i highly recommend running them with an adjustable boost referenced regulator.

    remember to select the flow for your rail pressure. also the flow will be something close to 90 lb/hr so youll have to use the flow rate multiplier to keep it below the 60 lb/hr injector max flow threshold.
    base flow X flow modifier = true injector flow.

    this is typically what i start with assuming a non-referenced regulator system like stock.

    may need to re-scale the injector flow values for lower pressure. this is for tank return system without reference connected and set to 58psi.

    ok thank you. also what is the trick for boost above 17.5 psi?

    run the maf sensor as active metering device at an rpm value before that pressure is exceeded.

    yeah... the only limiter at that point is the ignition table so watch the g/cyl to see if you need to perform a re-scale to keep the ignition tables in check.
    unfortunately there is no OS upgrade to support an extended pressure ve table so the only way around it fast and safely is to run the maf before you exceed the pressure axis of the ve table.
