    Retrieve License

Backstory: I have had had 5 tunes received by my remote tuner, and all of a sudden my Interface stopped working. After more than several email exchanges with Corey, I had to send in my first MPVI2 unit back to HP tuners with an RMA. It was replaced after being found defective, and a replacement sent back to me, wasted a week. For the past week and a half, I have tried all the paths I can think of to get it to write my car, but I cannot get the new unit to license my vehicle to continue tuning. Corey has basically wrote me off, and cannot seem to understand the issue.

Perhaps some in the actual community can assist? These 9-5 support hours are cute, but do not work when people have actual jobs.

What am I doing wrong, and why will it not use the 'available credits' HP tuners says I have?

Should I just uninstall all this crap and start again? I have been trying to get my car's tune completed for over 3 months and I am fed UP.

screenshot of the error you are seeing would be helpful, infolog doesn't really help much and we really don't recommend posting them publicly.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Yeah, well I get nowhere with your support people unless it is seen so I figured I would skip one day of wasted support time this time. Also screenshots are worthless with your support as they apparently can’t be seen? Wow...

When I try to write the car it says “unlicensed vehicle”. I am told I don’t need key codes or anything, should just read the car and it’s magically ready to go..

Great to hear. Then this new unit doesn’t work if that’s really the only answer your support team has.

You guys have my phone number. Call me when you get in the office and you can log into my computer and see how it doesn’t work.
