    2018 shift limited to 7400

I am having a hard time finding the limiter preventing shifting above 7400 rpm. Any ideas?

    E85?

You are lucky - EU tunes won't shift above 6500 rpm unless using paddles - support says there's nothing extra to decode...frustrating.

For me it will always up-shit @ 6500 rpm no matter what is commanded or which drive mode used.

Did support verify that is the limit? That was the first hurdle I had, 6500

Nope, they said there's nothing extra in EU tune that can cause it. I tried everything - there's either something not available or something that I'm missing.

What did you do to shift it over 6500?

This is not a file I would run around on. Multiple issue with it and downshifting is spastic. If you can compare with the EU tune and it fixes your issue let me know. I will send a good file to you.

Nope, nothing new. Tried raising all shift tables a lot - still nothing.

It hits nothing - it would just up-shit @6500 rpm like nothing ever happened.

I would be interested in comparing your tune or the base tune file.

    Hmm, will try that.

On second thought HP pump is driven by EX camshaft so with 4 to 1 crankshaft ratio so 2000 rpm pump is good up to 8000 rpm crank.

If traction control is not fully off it will short shift every gear even if you are no longer spinning tire. Also raise transmission protection, transfer case protection, and trans IPC.
