Can't login to purchase credits Invalid Password after resetting it

Like title says, for some reason after trying to log in. "invalid password" then I reset it with through email, try to login again with new password, "invalid password" Trying to repurchase credits...

I'm having the same problem logging in, but I can't even reset mine. Can't seem to get through the "Contact" page either. Continues to say that I haven't filled out all the information.
