New Version Crashing !

The new scanner locks up after setting to long , trying to reset trims, hangs on buttons after you push them , doesn't poll items the first, second or third time , but mostly crashing the rest has happened for years and no one seems to give a shit enough to fix it or look into it . So if you could take the time in between your starbucks and flirting with each other at the copier to peek . That WOULLLLLD BE GR8!
