Dual cp3 tuning with Y harness

Anybody have some hint to tune a dual cp3 with Y harness? Tried some stuff but it always goes up to 26000psi

    Thanks

Did you double the FCA amperage? That would be the first place to start.

Have you logged FCA current and duty cycle at idle?

for some reason the ecm is asking for full rail. If it was at 3000 and still at 26k then it would be an issue. Is that the only change you made, was put in the splitter and then try to double fca amperage? Something doesn't seem right.

In fact i have some tuning by a professionnal tuner....but truck smoke a lot and he doesnt seams to want to tune it better..im sick to pay for a tuning and dont have full support...other tuner i had before have clean tune but take a mount or so to answer if he answer...so wanna try some tuning...you pay arround to 400$ us...2-3 retune then they let you with what you have...

It is unfortunate how some of the "pro" tuners are, sorry to hear of your troubles. Did you tell the tuner about the splitter? Maybe he can send you a new tune.

    This might help?

Keep adding amperage if it continues to spike in the range where it is spiking.

On the DC to Current table, start with multiplying each value by 1.7. Adjust from there. eg. 1700 X 1.7 = 2890.

I had that before, after getting an II 85% over cp3 and 120hp injectors and running a smarty s-06 before custom tuning started coming out for it. Once custom tuning started coming out, Smoothing out rail pressure where I had those shuttering spikes occurred in the rp map cleared it up. I only had it in certain parts of the map.
