No knock retard logging for 3800 Impala?!

So knock retard, a VERY IMPORTANT PERIMETER, does not log on my scanner with 4.0z this has worked since I had a serial version of htp, how can you ?upgrade/update? your hardware and software and remove some of the most important and basic things? Am I missing something here or should I go back to using my MPVI 1 pro until you guys get your stuff working. I could understand if it was something new you added but why take it away??

Email support is something is missing.

And ALWAYS re-poll for supported parameters and even remove the channel and add it back in to test.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    I’m emailing support now.

What do you mean by re-poll? Refresh? I removed and added it a few times. It shows it’s supported but then when I I select start to record the log it disappears with a few others. I think I read a comment saying the new mpvi 2 can only support a certain amount of parameters to display at a time.

You can click vehicle at the top, then re-poll for supported parameters from the computer.

I've got an MPVI Pro V1 and I've experienced this very same issue with KR, and other parameters. I've polled countless times, and went back to HPT Vehicle supported layouts with nothing displaying they way I'd like. I've also encounter problems with preconfigured PLX wideband gauge not displaying correctly. Once I email support is there something additional I should be looking at on my end?

I hate to revive an old post, but did anybody figure out how to fix this? I've submitted a ticket, but I haven't gotten anywhere. I can only log 19 parameters...

    Whats your ticket number?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Unfortunately the tech assigned to your ticket was out yesterday due to an illness. With said please attach your .hpt file to the ticket as it sounds like the definition isn't mapped to me at a quick glance.

Weird, likely need to have an engineer review further in that case.
