    detect protocol failed

So i have a customers 99 camaro and 2 other f bodies here that i can not connect to, I started a support ticket beginning of the week and the short and lack of email responces is worrysome. I have used hptuners for over 13 years and have thousands of credits used and really need to know what the next stepis to get my customers tuned and back on the road.
I can bench flash the ecus just fine with any one of my old or new interfaces but cannt flash or datalog them once in the car. all of the cars are ones i have done in the past with no problems.

    What is your ticket number?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Typically the fix is to open a support ticket so we can determine what is wrong https://support.hptuners.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
