15' C7 A8 catless headers

Only mod is TSP 1-7/8" long tube headers with catless x pipe, only thing ive done is delete 02 sensor error codes. I have multiple sources for on how to do certain stuff in hp tuners but i dont know what to start with. Heres my log from just going down a highway when it was raining so i couldn't get any pulls yet but this is what im working with

Could a cat delete mess with fuel trim if you don't turn off the O2 sensor?

Thanks, I removed my cat temporarily and did not delete the rear O2 sensor. The scanner showed my LTFT was waaaaay out of whack. I'm hoping that is why.
