    Angry Unable to sync new credits

    It really is unacceptable to pay good money for a product and not be able to use it. I bought 2 credits today and still cannot use them. Frustrated beyond comprehension! Yes I created a support ticket.

    Looks like we need to try a different fix. Good news is we know what the issue is.
