If I start with a properly tuned engine, stock and somehow raise the torque by 100 Lb/ft everwhere.

Will the PCM read out the real power levels or will the stock tables work?

IE will the indicated torque change to reflect the true torque numbers or will the wheel error pop up?

I'm trying to figure out the relationship.

Sorry if these are stupid questions..

If I put the car on a dyno and populate the torque and inverse tables with actual torque numbers will I get a great responsive engine? Assuming all other parameters are set correctly.

How does the PCM calculate indicated torque

Thanks
