I'm not on the right computer to view the tune but if you disabled both the VATS drop downs under the OS tab, then did a write entire that should have disabled it. Only a write entire will work, write calibration won't.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

ive checked vats etc all disabled.

bump, having similar issues. Seems fuel is working, but i cant seem to confirm spark.
