TPS going backwards with increasing pedal?

Hey folks
2010 Camaro SS Auto

Car was previously tuned by someone else. So I don't have the orig tune file.
But I'm not seeing any changes in the throttle tables from stock.

If you look at my log, you will see that as I slowly depress the pedal, the pedal% goes up until it matches the TPS% then the TPS% begins going backwards.
The engine comes out of the idle routine, and the rpm drops.

I'm not that familiar with t e E38, so perhaps I'm missing something obvious?

Even on the dyno this is a pain to deal with.
