The car is a 2014 Camaro SS, the combo is nothing new.
LS3 (sbe)
LS9 cam
whipple 2.9
long tube headers
The STFT at idle are split B1S1 reads +3.1 or so B2S2 reads +30.5 I have attached a scan and the tune. Any help would be great.

If you know the injectors are good, start with the O2 sensors or look for a vacuum leak.
I know the injectors are good, I checked and confirmed no vacuum leaks. The strange thing is the problem is only at idle, during normal driving they are fine.
Check for vacuum leaks and misfires

any chance the o2 is getting cold and drifting? it's a old obd1 issue that we used to see with 1 wire o2's in headers. maybe the heater in the o2 died?
just throwing things out
I had a similar issue. It ended up being an exhaust leak.
