    No resolution to my ticket

What do you do when there is no resolution to your ticket and support hasn?t responded for the past three emails in the last month?

VCM editor and scanner keep crashing. Bricked one ECM. Bought a new one. Let me upload one tune and now won?t scan. Paid to have my original ECM unbricked. Won?t scan or load tunes to that one either.

Used a friend?s HP Tuners controller with my laptop and it works fine.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
