    new to mpvi2 no application key emailed

    HI
    Under the help column in application key. I enter the number that I think is the application key. same as interface id I assume. and it just puts a x next to it. and im pretty sure im in demo mode.
    its read my vehicle and ive changed my speedo calibrations but under fuel it only shows flow rate vs kpa icon.
    I dont think my system is linked up.
    Ive done research and cant figure it out.
    please help.
    my old boss is a tuner and hes gonna remote tune through my laptop on team viewer in a couple hours. lol

    I just bought this through hpt. Came today. With 2 credits prepurchased.

    Edit > view > advanced.

    That should fix the not being able to see all tables.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    For the MPVI2 there is no application key, you go to "Help -> Resync Interface" to sync your purchased licenses online. Please also make sure you download and install the latest 4.0 or 4.1 software from our website.

    After resync I should be good to go and no demo mode?

    My question was going to be: Where do I find the Application Key on the Customer Login screen to enter in to VCM Suite/Editor?

    I do not see this information under the Customer Login page.

    I can not do anything as my software is in Demo Mode only currently.

    having same issues ive downloaded new version, ive selected help, no resync in help. there is resync below help, tried that. my resync is complete. it prompts me i need to still enter application code? in order to accses credits. this is my second vehicle trying to tune, my first time easier? i have 2 credits now, what am i doing wrong ?

    Do you own an MPVI1 or MPVI2 interface?
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    I am having the same issue, prompted for application key to register device. It is a brand new MPVI2+
