Pretty old thread here and don't know if you've figured it out yet but you go into: Engine>Airflow>Variable Camshaft>Mapped Points. Find Intake Valve Opening and open that table. Set Mapped Point 0 and Mapped Point 1 to -40.00. Close that table. Now find your Exhaust Valve Closing and open that table. Set your Mapped Point 0 and Mapped Point 1 to 20.00. BOOM...DONE.

Lol. There's more to do to tune a good ghost cam than just boom and done.

There's info all over the ford section.
    Simply put
    Increase idle rpm
    adjust idle spark
Adjust spark torque ratio. s550s, this is the only way to change idle spark.
In the VCT tab, you need to increase your max advance/retard tables. You won't ghost cam if ivo is set max advance 0* at 800 rpm.
Your car could eference 3 different VCT modes at idle. All distance tables will need to request mp 0 at idle if that's your ghost cam mp.
Search 'how the distance tables work." You can Google it too. Its the first link.
