Need help 4l80e segment swap os 12619623
CANT FIND A 4L80E WITH A OS 12619623

The short answer is - you will not find a 4L80 calibration for that OS.
It looks like you are working with a 2006 L59 5.3L Flex Fuel calibration. The L59 only came with the 4L60 transmission - it was never paired with the 4L80 transmission.
Here is the OS evolution for the 2006 L59:
12619623 - final update (for improved E85 compatibility)
12613246 - update
12606807 - update
12605114 - often the original base OS

I know this is an old thread - was a solution ever found for this?
is there a solution to segment swap a 4l80 into this OS?

I've got a couple of 06 model P59 tunes that have been 4L80E segment swapped.
Are you going to run flex fuel as well?

i know this is old but ive got an 06 sierra 5.3 and a 4l80e and its got a full tank of e85 right now. hptuners did the segment swap for me way back before it could be done in the software. the OS i have is 12606807 and the pcm hardware is showing this P59, GM Gen 3 V8, 4.3L V6. if this helps anyone i can send it to them or add to the repository. I think I may still have the file i had to find and send with mine for the segment swap, ill look and see what i still have.

Potential Tuner
Hi all! Was this resolved? I have a similar issue, a P59 from 06 with a 4l60 but I just swapped in a 4l80. Is there a tune that someone can share?
I have an 83 C10 with an LQ9 just moved from a TH400 to a 4l80. My donor is a 2006 Silverado with an LQ9 and a 4L60. I purchased a computer from eBay for an LQ9 with a 4L80 which I believed mistakenly would "just work". On the eBay ECU I believe the pedal and TAC module are mismatched as although the truck will run it cannot take any throttle over 40% without throwing a P0856 and U0107 code and the pedal disconnecting. Both ECUs are Blue/Green P59s but the eBay ECU is 2005 and my donor was a 2006.
My OS is 12606807 but I have been unable to find any 4l80 tunes for this OS.
