Commanded AFR has changed on it's own

What would cause a commanded AFR to go from 14.7 at idle to 13.58?

What are you mods? I had that issue on my lsj at idle with the commaned afr would go to like 16 or 12 at times - I'm cammed - and what would happen is the car would pick up misfires and cause it to happen some sanity check for the rear o2 - I disabled the misfire counts and turned off cat test

Funny you should say about misfires. I have a nasty vibration at 1k that comes and goes. And I was thinking that's what it was. But I haven't set a CEL yet. I was actually just starting to lean toward the balancer guides being worn until I revved it to 4k and the vibration went away. So I logged some stuff and what I found interesting is the commanded AFR is now 27.58 at idle. It does seem to be running really rich as well. I am professionally dyno tuned. I have Solo Street Race exhaust, ic piping and that's about it.
