the gt500 has a pressure sensor on the rail it is not inferred

Sure but latest Ford like Coyote everything's inferred. OP's car is 16.

    So?

The PCM infers a bunch of important values instead of measuring them (MAP, fuel pressure, rail temp, etc). This means that engineers were able to mathematically model these values within an acceptable range of accuracy.

Overcharging a hot battery is bad for it.

if you go back and look you quoted the guy with a gt500 not a coyote.

I follow - you mentioned GT500 granted, but OP's car is 16 so I decided to point that as it's relevant for others.

You have never quoted anyone so I was not sure to what you were referring exactly.

You quoted me, and as already stated, GT500 has a sensor, not inferred as most are, in my case, OP most likely is inferred.
I'm not sure what good the pressure sensor does anyway, as it's all over the place pressure wise when datalogging. I will install a gauge to see actual pressure on mine. Could be HPTuners not logging fast enough or something too, idk.

might be a good idea about a gauge, usually pressure is stable unless voltage table isn't tuned properly like bap installed post fpdm or aftermarket pumps.
