    Sd custom os do I still need to fail the maf?

    I have finished my speed density tune and love it over the maf setup. If I convert to the actual speed density custom os for the e38 ecu, will that force sd mode? Or do I still have to go in and actually fail the maf? I would like to be able to run true sd without the check engine light. Thank you in advance for any help with this.
    Also can I flash back to stock if choose to later?

    Yes!! Bc I?m gen 4 still defaults to MAF (most do it for the 160 thermostat settings)

    Phenomenal thank you, you were right I failed the maf, then unchecked box for ses light, and she runs like a dream. Thank you
