How do I activate my credits

I bought my tuner with 2 credits ready to go and have synced it but it still says 2 credits available and when I went to read my ECU it gave me an issue. What exactly am i doing wrong???

I am having the exact same issue. I have followed the instructions in the link you provided dozens of times over the last 24 hours, shutting down my laptop, performing while connected to the car, and still I am not able to enable my license with the two credits I own. I just opened a ticket (149013).

Update 10/15/18: Turned off all internet firewall and security but still no luck.
