Short run up to what Im looking for:
Bought the car with all the above installed. It was tuned by palm beach Dyno. They has most of the emissions turned off and the car was running rich rich rich. Took it to a local tuner, Had him work on it to get emissions and sensors ready.(NV has to have emissions) That was a success, however, he was not very experienced with the s550 and want to compare what he has done to a known tune for a similar set up before I go making changes in the dark.
Only thing in the repository is a stock PP tune.

Anyone have one they can share or point me in a good direction?

The PBD tune is probably you're best thing to go by. Are your O2 sensors working? These running richer than commanded isn't likely with working O2 sensors. Not sure if maybe you got a car that someone changed parts on before selling or what

What do you consider rich? Also is the car on E85?
