    failed to read pcm

I have an 04 GMC sierra that has been tuned. I tried to read and save the file but it stopped and showed failed. DOes this mean the tuner has locked the file

Did you try reading it on low speed?

Is there anything aftermarket like a radio? If there is, try unplugging it or pulling the fuse.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

appears Eric already responded to your ticket a few minutes ago.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
