Just got my car back today from having some headers installed, and when I went to load the new tune, it said the file was not licensed. I purchased four credits last month, and licensed my vehicle immediately after. Every time I try to flash the computer, I get the licensing options window prompting me to purchase credits. When I view the VCM Suite file, it shows my ECM as having been unlocked. I have already submitted a trouble ticket (#149768). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What about FSCM? Are you saying I would have to buy credits to unlock that? Per the list of supported vehicles on the website, my car only requires 4 credits to unlock the ECM. When I first licensed the vehicle, this is what I saw in the Licensing Options window: GM E92A, 111735412620X175. I selected it, and clicked okay. Now, when I go to flash the computer, it says the file is not licensed. All of the info is included in my trouble ticket. The tuner belongs to a friend of mine.
