Timing being pulled when slowing down on turbo ram 1500

So I'm attempting to set up a base tune for my 2012 turbo ram 1500 and I re-scaled all my timing tables. Well I thought I did it correctly, but now when I'm slowing down to a stop, its giving it -10 degrees of timing and causing an awful surge that practically wants to die. Can someone look over my tune and my log and see what I could've done wrong? I had it scaled by the tenth before this (.10 to 1.70), and thought that was causing my issues so I re-scaled it so the lower load areas had more resolution and it didn't help. Thanks for any help. "Boost ram rescale 2" is the latrst tune that's in the truck. "Tune 14" is the previous NA tune that was on it with the timing tables that worked.

Nevermind. Think I figured it out, I didn't re-scale the minimum spark table and it looks like it might be fighting the other tables.
