Darek, possibly you can help me out. I have 2 2018 6.7 superdutys that I can’t view the ecm file. It will pull the tcm file just fine but not the ecm, I’ve tried with both my cables on both trucks.

Does either truck have any tuning currently on it?

Hey ZincGT, first I would make sure that you are using the latest version of our software, having old software could cause an issue. You can find the latest VCM Suite on our downloads page here https://www.hptuners.com/downloads/ . If that doesn't help, you would need to get in contact with [email protected] , they can help you troubleshoot the issue and see why it is not reading the ecm.

One is tuned, the other is not. I was able to get the untuned truck to read with BETA software, however it did not work on the tuned truck.
