2018 F150 3.5L can i license PCM only and not TCM

I have a bunch of friends with these trucks that only want to disable autostart/stop . Can I Just use a $100 license for PCM only and not read or flash the TCM?

if you will license only the PCM, you need only PCM read! if you read PCM and TCM, you always nee 4 credits for licensing

If all they want is the auto start/stop disabled, I would use forscan. It is totally free and a quick Google search will show how disable the start/stop.

Easiest way to do it is just disconnect the connector of the battery terminal. Unclip the connector on the positive terminal and leave it off. Or forscan like wveryone else said free program and $20 ms/can obd2 cable
